"Femme, oiseau, étoile" tapestry, Tapisserie Jules Pansu

This tapestry is a reproduction of Joan Miró’s painting called "FEMME, OISEAU, ÉTOILE". Joan Miró Ferra was born in Barcelona on April 20, 1893. Very young, he attended art academies and exhibited in 1918 at the Dalmau gallery descriptive and colorist paintings.

It was on the occasion of the 135th anniversary of the "Pansu" factory, located in France, that this manufacture created a unique collection of tapestries and cushions from a selection of Miró ‘s paintings. The canvas models were chosen in agreement with the Miró Estate. Their desire was to offer products where you could keep the strength of the color of Miro's fabrics as well as the delicacy of the lines.
