Produced in late 15th-century Flanders, this tapestry is the left-hand side of Les Vendanges. It depicts the pressing of grapes under the watchful eye of the colorful lords. The richness of the characters’ clothing, the warmth of the colors and the thousand-flower background give this medieval tapestry a very colorful look. The original tapestry is now in the Musée de Cluny in Paris.
