Set of 3 cushions with motifs from the Ladies with Unicorn series. Representing three senses: “A mon seul désir”, “le toucher” and “la vue”.
The “Lady and the Unicorn” tapestryis a work of art made up of six hangings dating from the early French Renaissance, which evoke an allegory of the five senses and desire.
This is still the best-known hanging from La Dame à la Licorne.
The covers are woven in Jacquard, in a factory in northern France.
Supplied with padded cushions. Zippered removable covers.
