Tapestry Arrivée au Port – Pansu
This tapestry was originally woven in 1750 in Belgian workshops. It depicts a scene inspired by a 17th-century master painting representing the fishing and trading activities of northern ports.
Tapestries woven in Point d’Halluin, in wool and cotton in different proportions depending on the size of the tapestries: 60% wool and 35% cotton (90x140cm), 73% wool and 23% cotton (130x190cm), 65% wool and 32% cotton (180x275cm).
