This wall tapestry is an extract from one of the six panels of the Angers Apocalypse Tapestry. The latter was woven in the late 14th century by Nicolas Bataille from cartoons by Hennequin de Bruges for Duke Louis 1er d’Anjou.
Here, the reproduction is a tapestry woven in Flanders, France, at Point des Meurins.
