Jacqueline Roque was Picasso&#8217;s second wife and his most prolific muse. Identified by her long black hair and piercing eyes, Picasso depicts his subject from multiple perspectives.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"fr\" xml:lang=\"fr\">In the close-up, Picasso frames the image so that we see only his head and neck. At first glance, a frontal portrait looks directly at you. However, on closer inspection, the extreme side profiles of two women looking at each other, nose to nose, emerge.    <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"fr\" xml:lang=\"fr\">This cover is woven on a <strong>jacquard loom<\/strong> in a workshop in northern <strong>France<\/strong>. It is part of a <strong>unique collection of cushions<\/strong> based on a selection of Picasso paintings.
